The Dig

Ronan Callahan was well known by locals for being an angry drunk. After fighting yet again with his on/off girlfriend, Niamh McKenna, at a bar, he awoke the next day with no memory of what had happened after the argument. Ronan found out that Niamh disappeared that night. Eventually, he received a prison sentence because everyone believed he murdered her and buried her body in the bog on the Callahan land. Fifteen years later, Ronan's trying to start over. He returns home to fix up and sell the farm. Yet, when he arrives, he finds out that Niamh's father, Sean, has been digging up the property the entire time in search of her body. Still unable to remember that night and eager to leave his old life behind, Ronan decides to help Sean dig.
