When a camera phone video surfaces showing veteran cop Brett Ridgeman and his young hothead partner Anthony Lurasetti using excessive force on a drug dealer during a bust, the media has a field day. For obvious reasons, the department immediately suspends Ridgeman and Lurasetti without pay. Believing that they have no other choice because of expensive extended circumstances in their lives, the partners decide to talk to an old underworld contact of Ridgeman's about finding not-so-legal ways of bringing in money. Although they soon learn of an upcoming bank heist and decide to intercept the thieves and take the cash, their plan doesn't go exactly as expected...
