Lake Forest Library to host Volunteer Fest

October 25, 2019 – LAKE FOREST Ill – More than two dozen Lake Forest and Lake County not-for-profit organizations are participating in Volunteer Fest at Lake Forest Library on Saturday, November 2, 11:00 am–2:00 pm.

Attendees can find out about each organization's mission, the work they do, and how they can use the help of volunteers to accomplish their goals. The organizations offer an array of volunteer opportunities for all ages, across a wide range of interests and skill sets, in support of a variety of good causes. The whole family can attend and discover new ways to use their talents and give back to the community.

Participating organizations currently include Lake Forest Hospital, A Safe Place, Bernie's Book Bank, Gorton Community Center, Boys & Girls Club of Lake County, Lake Forest Open Lands Association, and many more. The complete list is at www.lakeforestlibrary.org/vol-fest.
