This winter we invite you to snuggle up with multiple books in a single genre!
How to participate
- Register online in the Winter Reading calendar event. Make a separate registration for each participant!
- Download/Print the Book Log PDF for your age group below. Your Book Log includes instructions, a list of genres, and prizes.
- Choose a genre from your age group's list and read the required number of books. If you choose to conquer additional genres, more power (and more prizes!) to you.
- Bring in your Book Log to redeem your prizes by February 28.
Youngsters through Grade 1
Pick a genre below. To conquer it, read or listen to 5 BOOKS.
- Award-winning Books

- Books about Families

For each book read
1 RAFFLE TICKET for a chance to win one of three grand prizes: your choice between a $60 gift card to the Lake Forest Book Store OR a 200-piece Tinkertoy Building Set

Conquer up to 5 genres to earn 25 raffles tickets and 5 book prizes.
Teen Prizes
For each book read
