Empower yourself to "eat the rainbow" as we explore the nutritional benefits of a variety of fruits and vegetables of many colors, as well as tips on how to incorporate them into everyday meals and snacks.

 

Speaker bio:

Mary DiPietro is a registered and licensed dietitian whose mission is to improve patients' lives by helping them meet and succeed their goals through nutrition and wellness. After witnessing the importance of nutrition with her grandfather, she went on to earn her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition at Benedictine University and completed her dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago to become a registered dietitian. With over 5 years of experience in the field, Mary has worked with a diverse group of patients, both inpatient and outpatient, specifically those in oncology. Mary currently works as the outpatient oncology dietitian providing nutrition counseling and education to patients receiving treatment in the Lake Forest, Grayslake, and Glenview Cancer Centers.
