An International secret affair is exposed by a British Mandarin translator for the British IA Government Communications Headquarters. A confidential NSA memo was leaked to the The Observer a well known UK newspaper. The memo exposed plans to have the US and UK coerce six nations of the UN Security to vote in favor of an Iraq invasion. The informant was apprehended by law enforcement and faces indictment in accordance to the Official Secrets Act.
