Details
Join Chef Susan Maddox in person for some inspiration on appetizers and canapes for this holiday season. Susan is a chef with over 30 years of culinary experience who is currently teaching at the College of DuPage. She will demonstrate 3-4 recipes and explain various techniques involved in their preparation. Tasting samples will be provided.

To respect the time of attendees and presenters, Library events begin on time. For events with limited capacity, only registered patrons are admitted. Please let us know if you must cancel so that a waitlisted person may attend. Contact us if you would like assistance with registration or have any questions.
