Register and join us in person as Chef Susan Maddox shares picnic ideas perfect for beachy days and Ravinia nights this summer. Susan will demonstrate a few recipes, explain various preparation techniques, and provide delicious tasting samples.
Susan has more than 30 years of culinary experience and currently teaches at the College of DuPage.

To respect the time of attendees and presenters, Library events begin on time. For events with limited capacity, only registered patrons are admitted. Please let us know if you must cancel so that a waitlisted person may attend. Contact us if you would like assistance with registration or have any questions.
