Create a whimsical painting of an animal using the "wet on wet" watercolor technique for a cool tie-dye effect. The Library will provide a watercolor paint set and brush, a fine tip marker, and several sheets of watercolor paper.  We will contact registrants when their art supplies are ready for pickup.
