The 1920s was an era of growth, grand homes, and golf, but also of great social transformation. Discover Lake Forest’s connections to icons of the decade including Irene Castle, the original flapper, and F. Scott Fitzgerald, the quintessential voice of ‘20s youth. We’ll focus on what changed—and what did not change—in the lives of local women in the Roaring Twenties.
